Drywall Repair Service Warranty

This warranty covers the installation and/or repair of drywall which has been placed throughout your home or building. Slight defects such as occasional nail pops, seams, lines at window frames and over archways, trowel marks, texture defects, cracking, excessive nail popping and exposed corner beads are considered to be deficiencies and will be corrected by All Four Walls, LLC, one time during the warranty period.

This warranty covers the installation and/or repair of drywall which has been The installation and/or repair of drywall in your home or building is warranted by All Four Walls, LLC for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation/repair, when properly maintained. If, during this period, blisters in the tape, cracks over door and window frames and over archways, trowel marks, texture defects, cracking, excessive nail popping and exposed corner beads are detected, All Four Walls, LLC will repair the deficiency free of charge. The owner is responsible for any painting which may be required after the repairs are complete.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from accidents negligence, water, fire, modification or intentional acts. In addition, defects in the manufacture of the drywall itself are not covered items under the provision of this warranty. The furnishing of replacement drywall under the terms of this warranty will apply to the original warranty period and will not extend the warranty period.

In order for this warranty coverage to be effective, your walls must be properly maintained. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, water, fire, modification, intentional acts or construction errors.

All Four Walls, LLC will repair covered defects once during the one (1) year warranty period. It is common for cracks to appear in drywall as your home settles, therefore, All Four Walls, LLC recommends you wait approximately 11 months before taking advantage of the warranty repairs, so that your home settles as much as possible prior to the repairs being completed.

Once within the warranty period, if defects in your drywall are discovered, contact All Four Walls, LLC to schedule an appointment for the repairs. All requests under this warranty should be made to the following:

ALL FOUR WALLS, LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY SPECIFIED ABOVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

The maximum amount payable under the warranty for all claims is the amount paid to All Four Walls, LLC for the original installation less the cost of materials. Liability for incidental and consequential damages is excluded and is not covered by this warranty.
